The hotel complex is located in the contact zone of the historical core of the Old Town in Mostar, a property inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2005. The exceptional value of the complex is reflected in the successful composition that integrates buildings of different architectural character created over a period of 150 years. The initial basis of the urban solution is represented by the spatial structure typical of the Ottoman period: courtyard-house-garden, which gained quality through the wise integration of new building layers. The introduction of an element of ethnographic character that vividly follows the historical development of Mostar enhances the overall value of the complex and represents an exceptional example of architectural heritage.
